2. LIVE STREAMING IN THAILAND - A SUCCESSFUL EXAMPLE:

               Lazada Group, founded in 2012, is Southeast Asia's biggest e-commerce marketplace, providing

               a  quick,  safe,  and  easy  online  buying  experience.  Lazada  has  a  wide range  of  product  types,
               including fashion, consumer electronics, household products, toys, and sports equipment. Lazada

               is constantly aiming to provide its clients with the finest product offering and experience possible.
               Through commerce and technology, the organisation is speeding its growth in Thailand, Indonesia,

               Malaysia,  the  Philippines,  Singapore,  and  Vietnam.  With  the  largest  logistics  and  payment

               networks in the area, Lazada has become a vital part of customers' everyday life and wants to
               service 300 million shoppers by 2030. Since 2016, Lazada has been the Alibaba Group's Southeast

               Asia flagship platform, supported by the group's cutting-edge technical infrastructure.


               Lazada  Thailand  is  an  important  member  of  and  contributor  to  the  Lazada  Group.  With  its
               dominant status in the Thai market, Lazada Thailand has constantly delivered on new and inventive

               methods to engage customers in the e-commerce arena. LazLive, a recent innovation that blends

               LIVE STREAM THAILAND E-COMMERCE - LAZLIVE:


               Thailand's  Lazada  is  adopting  China's'shoppertainment'  trend  by  selling  products  during  live
               streaming.  Lazada  believes  that  live  streaming  e-commerce  shopping  may  considerably  assist

               brands and merchants in connecting with Thai audiences. Live streaming bridges the omnichannel

               retail gap by eliminating the need for consumers to visit a real shop to view a product, chat with a
               store attendant, and place an order. All of this can be addressed via live streaming, which may

               possibly provide greater convenience to consumers and purchasers by allowing them to connect
               and transact from the comforts of their homes or on the road. Live streaming has even assisted

               rural farmers in increasing their presence among internet customers.


               Lazada Livestream, or LazLive, utilizes the resources and technical knowledge of its parent firm
               Alibaba to pioneer this service in Thailand in November 2018 and was the first e - commerce

               platform to launch this in-app capability in the nation.
