TIPS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN E-COMMERCE LIVE
STREAMING
1. ESTABLISHING NICHE/BRAND/THEME
The most popular streamers and video channels all have one thing in common: they use a
consistent format (also known as a theme or a niche) for their videos. Channels keep to a concept
of providing lessons, gaming streams, short videos, and so on. The audience is aware of what to
expect, which influences their decision to subscribe to or follow a stream.
It's critical to develop a theme for your live streaming early on. Of course, you may generate
several formats of material, but following a pattern works best for live streaming. (Visavadiya,
2022)
Here are a couple formats that perform well, especially for eCommerce firms wishing to sell live
on their website:
• Product instructions
• Live Interviews
• Behind-the-scenes footage
• Product Instructions
This is an easy choice: you demonstrate a product via a live feed. You define its features, illustrate
how it works, and demonstrate how to utilise it in real time. This provides viewers with firsthand
knowledge of the product's quality and utility, which helps sway potential purchasers to convert.
