For newbies, setting up a streaming setup is rather straightforward. A camera, a

microphone or microphones, lights, and a steady internet connection are required. (“The Ultimate

You'll also need to obtain some (digital) live streaming software. More on that later.

For the time being If you're just starting with live streaming, Vimeo's Live Production Lead,

Tom Gott, says that you simply need a single high-quality camera.
