Kohl's is a brand that excels in interacting with its customers. In the sample below, you

can see one of their sellers staring straight at the camera and conversing with her visitors as if they

were buying with her in person. When live selling, you should strive for this degree of connection.

               OFFERING LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

Live selling should have some of the excitement and urgency of an auction - you want to
sell out quickly and should concentrate on high-demand goods throughout the event.

"Live selling is a new sales tactic that capitalizes on consumers' FOMO," said Knight. "The
dread of losing out on the product being demoed at any given time and having no knowledge what

additional goods are in the lineup for that live sale session prevents viewers from having a longer

time to ponder purchasing, forcing them to make a decision to buy frequently." (Hall, n.d.-a)

PROMOTING BEFORE AND AFTER THE STREAM

If your clients are unaware that the stream is taking place, they will not attend. So be sure

to promote your broadcast to your audience ahead of time, but you can also share the URL after
the event for anyone who couldn't attend.

"Repurposing the event is where the real money is," Bailliache remarked. “, 60-70 percent

of the purchases we see occur after the event."

When promoting your event, strive to be consistent so that your audience becomes

accustomed to your schedule and knows when to tune in. Greenlee’s' programmes air on Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays. "Our consumers arrange their weeks around our live sales," she

               explained.
